Nestled beneath the majestic Malvern Hills lies Hanley Swan, a quintessential English village that charms visitors with its picturesque green, tranquil pond (home to a paddling of ducks and Harold, our resident heron), and magnificent royal oak tree. Our village thrives with character, from the welcoming Swan Inn to our cherished village shop and bustling local businesses.

What truly makes Hanley Swan special, however, is our community of passionate gardeners who pour creativity and care into their special gardens. This May Bank Holiday weekend, these devoted gardeners are delighted to open their gates and invite you into their horticultural havens.
We warmly welcome you to join our annual Garden Party - a celebration of natural beauty, community spirit, and the simple pleasures of English country gardens in spring bloom. Come and experience the fruits of our labour and the unique character of our beloved village.

Admission
- £7.50 per person (one ticket provides access for all three days)
- Children and dogs are welcome free of charge
- Purchase tickets at any participating garden
- Please retain and wear your entry sticker if returning on multiple days
Getting Around
Our gardens are spread across Roberts End, Picken End, Gilberts End and Worcester Road, covering approximately 3 miles if you visit them all.
Take your time and visit the gardens over a couple of days
Walking Option:
- Enjoy a pleasant stroll using the footpaths connecting all three areas
- Walking routes help avoid parking concerns and let you enjoy the village scenery
Driving Option:
- Designated parking is available at Garden 1 (The Grange) and St. Gabriel's Church
- Street parking is available near the gardens in Worcester Road, Picken End and Gilberts End
Refreshments
- Light lunches and cream teas are served throughout the weekend at The Grange (Garden 1)
- Additional cream teas are available at St. Gabriel's Church
- Make a day of it or return across the weekend to see everything at your leisure! Maps will be provided with your ticket.
